I’M NEW HERE

WHERE AND HOW TO START

Welcome to Watsontown Alliance Church
GREETING MESSAGE

Hello and welcome to our church website, it’s always a real joy for us to meet and have new members in our church family. Here you will find useful information about our church. Our mission is to glorify God, encourage believers, and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world. We would love to have you come visit us and become a part of what God is doing right here in Watsontown & the surrounding communities.

Whatever your next step is, it’s time to take a bold step of faith out of your comfort zone and discover what God has for you. We believe that you can’t go with God and stay where you are.

Common Questions

What do You Have for Kids?

At Watsontown Alliance we love kids! We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all age groups during our Worship Service. Our nursery cares for children ages birth-3 years old. Children ages 4 through Grade 1 are invited to attend our Children’s Church. Children in grades 2-4 are invited to attend Kidmo. Kids leave the sanctuary during Offering Time. Parents meet teachers in the Lobby to register kids attendance each Sunday morning. All of our volunteers must submit to a mandatory background check.

During the Sunday School hour there are also classes for Children of all ages, from Newborns all the way through high school! Please visit our Welcome Center so we can help you find the Sunday School class for your Child!

What do We Believe?

If you have questions about what the Christian & Missionary Alliance believes, please visit the “About Us” section of this website, or view the Christian & Missionary Alliance website at: https://www.cmalliance.org/about/beliefs/

Thank you!

Should I be Baptized?

Though the Bible does not state a minimum age at which a person may be baptized, a believer should be old enough to understand the significance of baptism. Baptism is not required to receive God’s salvation. However, The Alliance encourages all who have trusted in Christ for eternal life to be baptized as a step of obedience. If you wish to take this next step, please contact the Pastor, one of the Elders, or the church office!

What do I do when I Get There?

Visiting a new church can be intimidating, so we have greeters waiting at our Welcome Center to make you comfortable and assist you in any way possible. Not only will you find out all about Watsontown Alliance Church, but you will also receive a gift as a token of our appreciation for your visit. Our goal is simple: we want you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed as our guest.
